Welcome to the living now health & fitness centre. It's a place built and run with love where you, your family and friends can enjoy many natural therapies and rejuvenate body, mind and soul.

The Centre also offers classes in Yoga, Pilates and Meditation; Workshops covering amongst others Ear Candling, Tarot Workshop, Tarot Reading, Native American Drum and Living light; Corporate Training and more.

New in 2010: Louise Hay's heal your self workshops, Tarot workshops, living light workshop, 5 new classes.

Special Jan- Feb 2010: Ion Detox foot spa January 2010 Special 10 session $125 prepaid.

Special: All of 2010, with any block of 10 classes prepaid, receive a free 45 min Infrared sauna and a free 45 min Ion detox foot spa.
