Gite Yoga - Paul Rose
Gite yoga is a synthesized system of sequential postures that balance the hormones, tone up the central nervous system and autonomic nervous system. It switches on the brain and allows us to become whole, healthy, happy, fulfilled human beings.
Learning the purpose of each part of the body and the "process" occurring, so we consciously cooperate in creating our own health and wholeness.

Yoga Hatha - Wed Evening
Yoga Hatha is an exquisitely timeless practice of postures of standing and balance, flowing technique that leads ultimately to stillness and peace resulting in releasing tension. Yoga is an individual journey, which allows you to discover who you really are.

Gentle Vinyasa - Leanne Anthony
Gentle Vinyasa or flow style, aiming to nurture each individual on their own journey with yoga. The classes will incorporate relaxation and meditation techniques, breathing techniques (pranayamas) and poses or bodywork (asanas) and are suitable for beginners to intermediate levels.
- Monday:
- 10:30 -11:45am intermediate
- Tuesday:
- 5:45-7pm Beginners 7-8:15pm intermediate
- Thursday
- 5:45-7pm restarting 12 Aug Pranayana (breath control and meditation)
