The program will start with detoxing your body..

Our equipment: Ion detox foot bath, heartmoves low impact exercise, and the living now centre and therapists.

Before anyone starts a new well-being program: i.e. gym, exercise, eating well, etc it is very important that you detox at the same time, our bodies remove toxins by going to the toilet, however even with a well balanced diet, food today is more processed, having less vitamins and minerals! And with fast food outlets on every corner along with all the additives in our foods this does put extra pressure on our organs to function well and keep us healthy.

We will start the program with our Ion detox foot bath, (you can read more about them and how they work on our detox page).The break, down of the program will be, 4 times a week for four weeks, then 3 time a week for four weeks, then 2 times a week for four weeks.

Heartmoves class once a week. Heartmoves has been developed by the Heart Foundation and is a low-to-moderate intensity exercise.

Combined Fusion Health, weight loss tablets and Fusion Health, green tea tablets. Fusion Health weight loss tablets will assists in weight management by curbing the appetite and inhibiting body fat biosynthesis and Fusion Health green tea is an ancient Chinese herbal medicine to assist in the management of weight loss, enhance the body's antioxidant defences and promote healthy ageing.
