Yoga Hatha is an exquisitely timeless practice of postures of standing and balance, flowing technique that leads ultimately to stillness and peace resulting in releasing tension. Yoga is an individual journey, which allows you to discover who you really are.
All our classes are about 1 hour and 15 minutes we encourage all our students to come into the studio a few minutes early to enjoy a quiet time before starting a class, and at the end of the class, its ok to leave at your pace

Integral Yoga

Integral Yoga is an integrated system—a synthesis of the major branches of classical yoga practices and philosophies. The teachings of Integral Yoga are simple, profound and clear— through Integral Yoga we can develop an easeful body, a peaceful mind, and a useful life. We can be of greater service in the world, not so much by what we do, but by who we are.

Classical Yoga

Classical Yoga classes aim to encourage still and mindful practice. Each class includes deep relaxation (shavasana) and a balance of forward, back and teisting asana postures.

Satyananda Yoga

Satyananda yoga has developed into an internationally renowned system of yoga. It provides a philosophy of life without forcing on people any religious or political beliefs. It provides everyone, regardless of their social background, with tools for health, peace of mind, and an inspired vision for their lives. People who practices Satyananda yoga are of all ages, levels of fitness and walks of life. Satyananda yoga has incorporated a number of traditional systems of yoga including Hatha, Raja, Karma, Mantra and Bhakti. It's practices are adaptable to accommodate everyone's individual needs. It consists of Meditation, Asanas (yoga practices), pranayamas (breathing techniques), and Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation). Yoga is the Sanskrit word for Union, and in practicing yoga frequently i.e. weekly, it brings together Body, Mind, Spirit and Soul.

Kirtan Yoga

Kirtan is said to be one form of meditation. It is beautiful spiritual singing of Indian Sanskrit mantras, where all there is required by the individual is openness and mindfulness. The energy level can be quite high in the group, when totally letting go and enjoy the rhythm and the singing.
In Kirtan people may release a lot of negative energy and become quite uplifted and feeling really relaxed and happy, (who can be in a bad mood, when singing anyway), when joining in, with no preconceived ideas. Kirtan is also about expressing, so it is suggested not to judge your own or others voice, rather accept the beautiful instrument you have called a voice and allow yourself to just have fun and enjoy. Come and experience it for yourself and have a fun night.
