All CrossFit workouts are based on functional movements like gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing and more. You will be using a lot of weights and your own body weight during these workouts. It will be a fast-paced, intense workout that can take less than 15 minutes a day as it is going to be condensed, nonstop movement with may be only three or four routines, such as burpees, a jog and squats. The basic idea is to repeat these over and again to burn the excess fat. Your heart will get a great workout, and your endurance and stamina will go up.
